Canada’s 2026 Olympic Medal Count Is Rising—What Events Are Likely to Lead to More Gold?

Canada has now won 14 medals at the 2026 Olympic Winter Games in Milano Cortina, most recently boosted by Steven Dubois nabbing gold in the men’s speed skating.

With the Games set to close on Feb. 22, here’s a recap of Canada’s medals so far and where the country stands the best chance of gaining more hardware going forward.

Canada’s medal count now sits at four gold, four silver, and six bronze.
