Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) employees were involved in hundreds of misconduct cases over the past year, according to a recent agency report.
The agency’s first report on Addressing Misconduct and Wrongdoing at the Canada Border Services Agency was published on Dec. 18 and looked at misconduct cases from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025.
