There is a strong purification process going on, responsible for the same energies that arrive through the Sun and Stars

The body is releasing itself from energetic blocks that have accumulated over years or stocks, from traumatic experiences or toxic bonds.

And to the souls that have offered to receive the new genetic code, an intense transformation (yet internal) in their bodies is added to this.

The pain in the lower back corresponds to the modification of the first 2 chakras, because they were responsible for anchoring us to the Earth’s energies and those who make this 3D experience possible.

They are chakras that will not serve in higher spiritual states or, if you prefer, an energetic state with lower density and higher frequencies. So this coincides with what some people physically feel in that area because this is changing.

There are discomforts that appear and disappear from day to day, this often indicates positive signs of profound spiritual transformation.

This goosebumps sensation that appears without physical coolness, especially during moments of contemplation or listening to certain music or mantra, indicates that the auric field is expanding to connect with higher vibrations.

Sadness is due to the fact that somehow they are greeting old structures to which they were connected and life patterns that are no longer needed today.

The disorientation and the feeling of not being here has a correlation exactly because the anchor I referred to before is being lost.

The dream is because at the same time we are working at the etheric and physical levels, with the general configuration of the whole system, to adapt it to this new frequency.

Many of the beliefs firmly rooted and carried up to this point, even from previous lives, need to be dissolved.
