Ottawa Seeks to Track Exit of Temporary Visas Holders

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Minister Lena Metlege Diab rises during question period on Parliament Hill in Ottawa on Oct. 2, 2025. The Canadian Press/Adrian Wyld

Immigration Minister Lena Diab says she wants her department to start tracking the number of people on temporary visas departing Canada.
