Civilizations that have come in contact with Earth’s humanity are also human, often identical or nearly identical to terrestrial humans, but possess superior knowledge in the technical-scientific and moral-spiritual fields
Their leadership derives from the law of cause and effect: +ethics = +technique
(morally backward civilizations do not develop advanced technology).
They come from other planets in the solar system (Mars, Aphrodite, Saturn … ) and out of the system.
There are 150 billion universes in this universe.
The universe is endless.
Intelligent life covers tens of billions of worlds.
In the universe, life appears in infinite forms, not just in human form.
In our Galaxy, the beings equipped with knowledge are human beings
Foreigners coming to Earth are part of the Convoys of Change, or have been authorized by it to visit the Earth.
The Internal Confederation (with a theological perspective the kingdom of heaven) is the Union of the supercultures of the universe.
Supercultures are those that have reached a stable evolutionary level for millions of years.
The rulers of the Confederation are solar (elohim) beings belonging to the dimensions of the “Upper Trinity” which are the 5th, 6th and 7th dimensions (Cherubim-Metalized, Seraphim=Christian, Throne=Divine).
Those who came in contact report encounters with humans, humanoids equipped with natural bodies adapted to their planets of origin.
Some live in a time like ours, others live in higher dimensions and to flow in a different time dynamic.
Depending on the degree of evolution, they may have solid natural bodies or light bodies (natural light, star light, and spiritual light).
