If 2026 is a year of choices, then looking at the body with maturity is part of that process.

Not to look for the culprits, nor to deny medical diagnoses.

but to understand the emotional and psychological conflicts that accompany the experience of being ill.

Illness is not punishment

They are complex responses of an organism that includes body, mind and life history.

Psychological outlook is not a substitute for medical treatment — it complements, expands, and humanizes.

1. Fibromyalgia

From a psychological point of view, it’s usually associated with chronic stress, prolonged emotional overload, and a feeling of powerlessness in the face of important decisions that are not made.

There is a breakdown of the nervous system that remains in a state of constant alert.

Therapeutic invitation: recognizing limits, working on deferred choices, and restoring a sense of autonomy.

2. Endometriosis

It can be related to identity difficulties, self-abandonment, and conflicts with personal boundaries, especially in contexts where the person constantly puts themselves after others.

Therapeutic invitation: rescue the identity itself, strengthen the sense of personal value and the right to exist as is.

3. Autoimmune diseases

Often associated with excessive self-criticism, perfectionism and rigid internal demands.

The individual directs against you a charge that does not find room for mental rest.

Therapeutic invitation: develop self-compassion, flex internal patterns, and rebuild relationship with yourself.

4. joints ( pain , inflammation )

They relate to psychological rigidity, difficulty of adaptation, excessive control and attachment to fixed positions.

Therapeutic Invitation: work on emotional flexibility, tolerance to change and internal negotiation capacity.

5. Pain in the legs and the feet

Associated with a fear of progress, uncertainty about the future or a feeling of existential stagnation.

Therapeutic invitation: rebuild direction, confidence and a sense of movement in life.

6. Thyroid

From a psychological point of view, it involves conflicts between expression and action—difficulty saying what you feel or turning words into action.

Therapeutic invitation: aligning thoughts, communication, and behavior.

7. Pain in the back

Commonly linked to emotional overload, excessive responsibility and difficulty in prioritizing oneself.

The person feels the need to support everything and everyone.

Therapeutic invitation: redistribute responsibilities and recognize own needs.

8. Anxiety

Associated with excessive anticipation, mental hypercontrol and difficulty staying in the present.

The mind attempts to predict and control the uncertain.

Therapeutic invitation: mental organization, presence development and tolerance to unpredictability.

9. Depression

From a psychological point of view, it is linked to loss of meaning, disconnection of personal values and deep emotional exhaustion.

It’s not weakness — it’s a sign that something essential needs to be reviewed.

Therapeutic invitation: reconstruction of meaning, professional support and correction of existential course.

About:

The body doesn’t speak in magic metaphor.

He speaks in real signs of psychological and emotional suffering.

Choosing healing is not denying the disease.

It is taking responsibility for holistic care — physical, psychological and emotional.

Listening to the body with maturity is an act of consciousness.

And all true awareness paves the way for healthier choices.

I am grateful 🌿
