One of Canada’s most wanted fugitives, Pierry Philogène, has been taken into custody in Vancouver just days after being ranked No. 6 on the nation’s top 25 “most wanted” list.
Philogène was arrested on Oct. 14 just outside Vancouver in Surrey, B.C., by the Metro Vancouver Transit Police, after remaining at large for nearly four years.
