THE EARTH CHANGES FREQUENCY — AND WE CHANGE WITH IT
There are times when transformation does not come making noise.
It begins in the invisible.
On Earth.
In the field.
In the body.
In consciousness.
For those who follow the energetic movements of the planet, the last few days have been perceived as a period of intense movement. And, in the near future, this feeling seems to gain even more strength.
It is not just about looking at the sky.
It is about perceiving WHAT THE SKY AWAKENS INSIDE US.
There are people feeling the need for silence. Others, a different kind of tiredness. Some are more sensitive, introspective, restless, or emotionally overwhelmed by memories that seemed closed.
In spiritual language, we could say:
THERE ARE OLD FREQUENCIES FINDING LESS AND LESS SPACE TO REMAIN.
And perhaps that is exactly why certain contents are returning.
Not necessarily to be revived.
But to finally be understood — and released.
The Full Moon adds another symbolic layer to this movement.
And what consciousness has already been unable to hide begins to appear.
Relationships.
Choices.
Cycles.
Forgotten promises.
Old versions of ourselves.
Perhaps you remember who you were years ago.
Where you were.
Who walked beside you.
What you desired.
What you endured.
And, above all, WHO YOU HAD TO BE TO SURVIVE THAT REALITY.
Are you still that person?
And this may be one of the great initiations of this time:
SOME DOORS ARE NOT CLOSING BECAUSE YOU FAILED.
THEY ARE CLOSING BECAUSE THE CONSCIOUSNESS THAT PASSED THROUGH THEM IS NO LONGER THE SAME.
In the spiritual vision of Ascension, we are not just talking about receiving more energy or more Light.
We are talking about developing an inner structure to sustain it.
I have said this before and I will say it again:
IT IS NOT ENOUGH TO RECEIVE MORE LIGHT.
IT IS NECESSARY TO BE ABLE TO HABIT IT.
And inhabiting a new frequency requires presence.
Requires leaving behind certain forms of fear, dependence, unconscious obedience, and repetition.
Because perhaps the true vibrational change of the Earth should not be sought only in the charts, in the portals, or in the celestial events.
Perhaps your deepest manifestation is happening INSIDE THE HUMAN BEING THAT STARTS TO REMEMBER WHO IT IS.
So if these days seem intense, listen to yourself.
Rest when you need to.
Return to your body.
Step on the Earth.
Breathe consciously.
Observe your thoughts without becoming a prisoner of them.
And, in the face of persistent or intense symptoms, take care of your physical body and seek professional evaluation when necessary. Spirituality and health care do not need to walk separately.
Is something much bigger happening?
But there is an even more important question:
WHAT IS HAPPENING INSIDE YOU WHILE ALL THIS IS HAPPENING?
Because a New Earth does not begin when the entire planet changes frequency.
IT BEGINS WHEN WE CHANGE THE WAY WE LIVE IN IT.
And maybe that’s exactly why so many of us feel like we came.
