A 63-year-old woman admitted she used a hacked email to defraud a Hanover business out of more than $800,000, most of which has been recovered.

Anna Marie Bustamante, of Visalia, California, was charged with second-degree theft last month but pleaded guilty to a third-degree charge as part of a plea deal, the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office said.

Prosecutors will recommend Bustamante be sentenced to 364 days in county jail as a condition of probation.
