Toronto police say they have arrested one of the country’s 25 most wanted fugitives who was being sought on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching parole.
Nicholas Singh of Toronto, 24, is a federal offender who ranked 15th on Canada’s “most wanted” list, which was revealed last month by the Be On the Look Out (BOLO) program.
