Mercaba is shaped like a three-dimensional octave star (Tetrahedric Star).

Simple exercises to connect the merkaba
1. Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes, and breathe deeply.
2. Inhale the “white light” into your body — and relax your breath, letting go of any tension.
3. Imagine Two pyramids rotate in opposite directions around your body.
4. Feel the light field expand, becoming a ring of radiant power.
5. Set your “intention” in mind — for what you want to connect with the light.
6. Slowly pull your mind back to your physical awareness and slowly open your eyes.
