Prime Minister Mark Carney’s Liberals are on the brink of forming a majority government as voters in three ridings head to the polls on April 13.
The polls opened at 8:30 a.m. local time in three federal byelections where the minority Liberals require just one victory to achieve a majority, a milestone that has eluded the party since 2019.
