Ontario Premier Doug Ford says his government is “exploring” the possibility of live-streaming bail hearings to improve transparency in the provincial justice system.

Ford floated the idea of allowing bail hearings to be livestreamed online during a March 16 press conference in Brockville, Ont., where he announced the province was starting the process to build a new jail.
