French authorities have fined two companies linked to fast-fashion retailer Shein a combined €22.5 million ($26.1 million) for breaches of consumer protection rules, regulators said on Wednesday.

The Directorate General for Competition, Consumer Affairs, and Fraud Control (DGCCRF) said the penalties followed investigations into the companies’ French operations in 2025.
