The Tennessee-based company sued the United States after the president’s emergency tariffs were found to be illegal.

FedEx said it will refund its customers any money the global shipping company gets back from President Donald Trump’s tariffs recently struck down by the Supreme Court of the United States.
“Our intent is straightforward: If refunds are issued to FedEx, we will issue refunds to the shippers and consumers who originally bore those charges,” FedEx told The Epoch Times in a statement on Feb. 27.
