Jury selection in a high-stakes social media addiction trial begins in California on Jan. 27, according to court documents.

The trial will put big tech in the hot seat as defendants including Meta’s Facebook and Instagram, ByteDance’s TikTok, and Google’s YouTube are accused of worsening the youth mental health crisis.
