THE FIRST STEP towards self-control is to reduce all external activities, both of the mind and body.
From fifteen to twenty minutes before you go to sleep, and in the morning, before you start your day, do the next exercise, which works wonders for anyone who makes the effort necessary to do it.
THE SECOND STEP is to make sure you are not disturbed and after having calmed down and very still, visualize and feel the body wrapped in a radiant white light.
In the first five minutes, while viewing this picture, you can feel intensely the connection between the outer being and the Supreme Inner God, focusing your attention on the heart and visualizing it as a golden sun.
THE THIRD STEP is recognition:
«I JOYFULLY ACCEPT THE FULLNESS OF MY MIGHTY PRESENCE OF GOD, THE PURE CHRIST».
Feel the great glow of the Light and intensify it in every cell of your body for another ten minutes.
Now close your meditation by ordering:
“I AM A CHILD OF LIGHT I LOVE THE LIGHT. I’M LIVING IN THE LIGHT I AM PROTECTED, ENLIGHTENED, PROVIDED FOR AND MAINTAINED BY LIGHT AND I BLESS THE LIGHT”.
«One transforms, he transforms into what he meditates on» and since we come out of the Light, the Light is supreme perfection and control of all things.
CONTEMPLATION and ADORATION of Light compels ILLUMINATION of the mind, health and strength in the body, peace, harmony and success in the business of every individual who truly does and continues to do so.
From the beginning of every Era, in all conditions, we have been told by all those who have achieved the highest achievements of Life, that LIGHT IS SUPREME: that is everywhere and exists in all things.
