The RCMP has issued a nationwide warrant for a 29-year-old woman in connection with a 2023 murder in Fort McMurray, Alta.
The Alberta RCMP Major Crimes Unit has charged Victoria Sheila Elizabeth Hillard with second-degree murder in the death of 42-year-old Mark O’Keefe.
