Housing prices are falling in Ontario, B.C., and other areas of Canada as mortgage rates also decline, but some industry insiders say prices could drop even lower and home buyers shouldn’t feel pressured to make a quick decision.
While certain areas of Canada present good opportunities to buy a home, veteran real estate broker Ron Butler says buyers should always consider their own situation and needs first, along with their desired region’s price trends, before signing papers.
